Description
The nutritional value of peptidicmaterial in five North Sea sediments that differ in organic matter
quality has been investigated with an enzymatic approach measuring the digestibility (rate constant k of proteolysis by protease) and the proportion of bioavailable fraction of amino acids
Scope Themes: Biology > Organic (& bio-) chemistry
Keywords: Marine/Coastal, ANE, Germany, German Bight, ANE, Netherlands, Frisian Front
Parameters
Amino acid composition Enzymatically hydrolysable amino acids Total hydrolysable amino acids (THAA)
